This is a cape that we removed the center wall between the kitchen and the living room.
We also opened the closed stairwell to upstairs and installed a custom stair way and a new kitchen.
This colonial had a basic stairway at the front entrance. With a little imagination we removed the side walls and added a new custom stairway. It made a dramatic difference to the dinning room, living room, and front entrance.
